Event Details: This is a new event for the Wadsworth Area Chamber of Commerce. We are planning a drive-through Christmas tree event in Memorial Park. Families can drive through the park to see the decorated trees all month long, but the kick off event will be Saturday, December 7. We'd like to have a Santa available from 5-7:30pm on Saturday, December 7 to meet/greet with kids once they drive through the trees. Santa would be outside in a covered pavilion. The pavilion has a fireplace and we will rent extra heaters if needed. The pavilion will be nicely decorated and have cozy furniture for Santa. Families will be encouraged to stop on their way out of the event to visit, take photos and have free cookies/cocoa. Santa will be paid by the Wadsworth Public Library and will need to complete a standard performance contract with W9.
